You can now apply for funding for online concerts

Those who are looking for funding for organizing online concerts have an opportunity to do so now that applications for funding for the Digital Mobility Fund are open.
“I am delighted to announce that applications for the Digital Mobility Fund 2021 are now open. Interested applicants can apply to get a R30 000 grant, which is to be used for the online presentation of concerts, either streamed live or by way of a delayed broadcast,” Andre Le Roux, Andre Le Roux Managing Director: IKS Cultural Consulting,
the administrators of the Fund announced.
Initiated in 2020 as an active response to the challenges facing the live music scene due to the Covid-19 pandemic, this is the third iteration of the Concerts SA Digital Mobility Fund and we are excited to see even more musicians reap the benefits of this initiative.
