High profile curatorial appointment for gallerist Ame Bell

One of Johannesburg’s prominent gallerists Ame Bell has been appointed to a prominent curatorial position at an international art fair to man the South African pavilion.
Bell who works at prominent Johannesburg and New York based Gallery David Krut is one of the leaders of the South African team to the 59th International Art Exhibition – La Biennale di Venezia!. “Congratulations to our very own Gallery Director Amé Bell on being appointed as the curator for the 59th International Art Exhibition – La Biennale di Venezia!
The artists included in the South African Pavilion are Roger Ballen, Lebohang Kganye and Phumulani Ntuli. The artworks will be showcased around the theme of ‘Into the Light’ curated by @_amebell_
