An enchanting boutique hotel experience in the middle of Suburban Bryanston
By Funeka Bambalele
There is nothing revitalizing like waking up in the middle of a posh and affluent suburb of Bryanston.
The feeling is indescribable. You feel important to wake-up in the hood of deep pocketed men and women of South Africa. The place is called Monte La Vue Boutique Hotel, where charming and luxury meets intimacy. Its location couldn’t be more perfect.
Situated on one of the busiest roads next to the two BP garages near Monte Casino in Fourways, it is a haven for dining and nightlife enthusiasts. Whether you’re a nature lover or a city explorer, the hotel’s location caters to all.
If you dare attend concerts and shows at Monte Casino and you feel you have one too many, there is no reason for you to drive at night, getting arrested for drunk and driving. You can spend the night at Monte la Vue Boutique Hotel. It is a four-star hotel which provides accommodation in 13 guest rooms for tourists visiting the Sandton region. The rooms come in deluxe suites, one-bedroom suites and a two-bedroom suite.

My recent visit to this exquisite establishment left me thoroughly impressed. From the moment you step into the hotel, you are greeted by warm and friendly smiles from the staff.
The reception area, adorned with tasteful decor, exudes an ambiance that feels like walking into an art gallery. A subtle, inviting fragrance fills the air, setting the tone for a delightful stay.
The hotel boasts a unique design, personalized service, and attention to detail. When you there, you experience a cozy ambiance and exquisite amenities. The place is an escape the ordinary life and immerse yourself in a world of beauty and elegance.
The reception assistant took me on a tour of the various amenities on offer. The Fourways based hotel goes the extra mile to create a homely atmosphere. The hotel offers the following amenities in-house gym, spacious lounge areas, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a restaurant. The on-site restaurant presents a modern take on popular cuisines, infusing them with a distinctive South African twist. The restaurant also doubles as a bar, boasting an impressive selection of local and international wines, spirits, and beer.

The hotel offers an expansive lush garden, a wellness centre where guests can enjoy massages and beauty treatments. All the rooms in the hotel are fitted with air conditioning, a smart TV, a kitchenette including a washing machine, fridge, kitchen utensils, washing machine, stove, microwave, and a toaster.
The daily breakfast offers buffet, continental or Full English/Irish options. Great service from very helpful hands-on staff. Located in a convenient area, walking distance from shops, garages, and transport services. Very safe and secure parking.
It also has conference facilities and a space for music performances and comedy nights. Seasoned comedian, Kedibone Mulaudzi has been hosting comedy nights since the hotel opened officially. The hotel has a bar, terrace, restaurant, gym, 24-hour reception, airport transfers, a shared lounge and free Wi-Fi.
