Queens of jazz to enthral audiences this August, Women’s Month

It is that month when South Africans pose for a moment and celebrate great mothers and daughters of this country, and the celebrations take many forms and formats.

Those who love their jazz will be happy to know that an interesting concert featuring some of the best female talent in jazz has been put together.

“4everJazzSA invites you to celebrate our Jazz Queens for their exceptional talent and being leading lights in honouring our culture through the jazz artform. Featuring NOMFUNDO XALUVA, the Cape Town based multifaceted pianist, singer & songwriter, TUTU PUOANE the Belgium based singer, composer & actress who is forever exciting the jazz scene, and HER OWN SKIN (Bokang Ramatlapeng) the new amazing jazz voice in town.

In addition Breakfast at Khujos will present the Sister Duo (MAMELLO & KOPANO PULE) who are rocking the Jazz & Alternative music DJ scene, to keep you on your feet. As we celebrate #WomensMonth2022 with the #JazzQueens, it will be a family musical affair, so bring your picnic blankets & chairs, but don’t leave your friends, family & kids. Food & Drinks will available on sale courtesy of the #BlaqueCuisineexperience from Black Bistro on a cashless bases. Gates open at 10h00 on the 6th August 2022 and the show starts at 12h00 till 18h00.
